1. Services by Appointment Only
All garments whether bridal, couture, or made-to-measure, are created through scheduled consultations. We do not offer direct online purchases or mass production. Each piece is tailored to the individual and crafted on request.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be booked via our website through a third-party scheduling platform. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance. Out of respect for the rhythm of the atelier, repeated no-shows may limit future access.

3. Payment Terms
All garments are commissioned with full payment in advance, made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Pricing reflects materials, craftsmanship, and fitting time. Once payment is received, production begins.

4. Returns & Exchanges
As each piece is custom-made, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Alterations may be discussed during fittings and are offered where feasible, at the discretion of the atelier.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including photography, garments, copy, and design elements, is the property of SALWA SAMIR and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Privacy & Client Data
Appointments are booked through Squarespace’s scheduling platform, powered by Acuity, which collects limited personal information to confirm your booking. This data is used only to facilitate your appointment and will never be shared with third parties. For more details on data handling, please see our [Privacy Policy].

7. Atelier Rights
The atelier reserves the right to decline commissions that fall outside our capacity or vision. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the garment or sourcing of materials. Clients will be informed throughout the process.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
